we have been in the wine industry long enough to know that although experience and qualifications are important, it's the "right fit" that makes for successful placements. at solved, we have learnt that it is not possible to get this fit right if we don't get to know the candidates and the clients. therefore our method of doing is different to most in that we create (and nurture) a database of candidates looking to find that "perfect fit". this means that many of our candidates are not actively looking but they will make themselves available should that "perfect" opportunity present itself. on the other side we try to understand the culture & needs of our clients in order to get closer to "fit". allow us the opportunity to change your recruitment experience.
